Iveta has over 12 years experience in the corporate world of media and broadcasting, at companies including Discovery, Sky, and NBC Universal. She knows all about the pressures of working in a demanding, target-led environment and how mental health issues can be overlooked in the workplace.

 Iveta went on to found Debesmanna in 2013, the only charity in Latvia to provide free support and information to new parents and families who experience difficulties in the perinatal period, before beginning her training in counselling, psychotherapy and Mental Health First Aid.

Iveta has a beautiful family - husband, son and daughter, goes running on a regular basis, finds peace in gardening and she loves a glass of rosé!
